Stewardship: A Mission of Faith
Stewardship: A Mission of Faith began when a Christian steward started producing and distributing small booklets and posters at no charge for churches throughout the United States as a way to raise awareness of the message of Stewardship. In the Fall of 2010 we became a 501(c)(3) Organization. Since that time, over 75% of the parishes in the Diocese of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania are participating in the Resource Partnership Ministry.
There are Solutions to These Ongoing Challenges
- Only 23% of U.S. adult Catholics report that they attend Mass every week.
- Less than 10% of Catholics account for over 80% of volunteer and financial support.
- More than 35% of Catholics do not believe in the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist.
Parishes must find new ways to evangelize and catechize their parishioners.
“Let us be quite certain that the Holy Spirit bestows upon the Church the courage to persevere and also to seek new methods of evangelization, so as to bring the Gospel to the uttermost ends of the earth!”
