The Display Management Team is responsible for the upkeep, replenishment and the handling of the donations for the Resource Center. They will work in conjunction with the Stewardship: A Mission of Faith team to keep the display supplied and to help promote the materials contained on the unit.
Care of the Display
Take an inventory of the items on the display every 1-2 weeks using the provided plan-a-gram. Indicate the number of each item you wish to order in the Order Quantity column and submit your order.

It is very important that the display is being maintained according to the slot capacity (as indicated on the plan-a-gram). Please be sure to count each of the items when taking an inventory. If there are no materials needed, a brief email or phone call to our office is greatly appreciated.
Once an order is received and processed by our office, it will ship to your location. An updated plan-a-gram will be forwarded to the Display Management Team.
In the event that new material is received, please reference the plan-a-gram to see what materials should be removed to make room for the newer ones. You can return the materials that will no longer be used on the display by repacking them in the box your order was delivered in. Please contact us for a return address label.
During each inventory of the display, please remember to do the following:
- Straighten the materials to maintain a neat appearance
- Dust the shelving/materials as needed
- The displays should contain ONLY materials supplied by Stewardship: A Mission of Faith. Please remove any material that does not fit this criteria. If there is material that someone in your organization would like to be considered for inclusion on our displays, please contact us for review and consideration of the material.

Handling of Donations
- Make arrangements ahead of time with your parish office or appropriate department to be able to turn in the cash and checks collected.
- Collect the all funds from the donation box on the display every 1-2 weeks. Count and verify the amount and turn into your designated office.
- Have the parish office or business write a check payable to Stewardship: A Mission of Faith for that amount.
Please note the check must come from the parish, business or organization, and not the Donation Manager or an individual.

If there are any checks in the donation box made payable to Stewardship, please send them along with the check from the parish. If any checks are made payable to the church, school or organization, please turn these checks in to the office and have the amounts included in the check sent to Stewardship: A Mission of Faith as outlined above.
