Rob Longo has a deep love and passion for his faith and his family! After 17 years of serving in various sales, marketing and leadership roles in large, mid-size and start up organizations within the healthcare industry, Rob had the great pleasure of co founding Stewardship: A Mission of Faith in March of 2010 and serves as its President and board Secretary. Rob and his wife Megan have been blessed with five children. He enjoys coaching and playing soccer or any other sport or game his kids ask him to play. He also enjoys reading books and listening to talks that inspire him to live out his purpose… to know, love and serve God.

Chris Dipert

Chris is the Vice President of Global Ministries. Her role is to oversee the apostolates of Stewardship that have a global impact—Chastity Project, Spirit Power, Integrity Restored, joytob, and The Fathers of St. Joseph. She brings over 25 years of experience in executive and operational management. She lives in Golden, Colorado with her husband, and enjoys reading, volunteer work, and spending time creating memories with family and friends.

Tom Fertal

Tom Fertal has ministered to young people, adults and educators for more than 20 years. He has served as a parish youth minister, college campus minister, high school religion teacher, director of spiritual life, vice principal, principal and school president. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State, a Master’s degree from the International Institute for Restorative Practices and has completed doctoral studies in leadership. Tom and his wife of 24 years, Patty, reside in Lititz, PA with their six children. He is a 2nd degree black belt in karate and enjoys running, golf, playing guitar, red wine and dark chocolate. His goal is to cross the threshold of heaven crawling on the ground, having spent all that he had in spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ.


Leisel McBeth

Leisel serves as the Vice President of Ministry Operations, providing support to each individual ministry and managing the operations at the home office. Prior to coming to Stewardship, Leisel spent many years in the education field as well as running a small business alongside her husband. Leisel and her husband, Dave, have three children: two sons and one daughter. Together they enjoy serving in the youth ministry of a local church and spending time with family. Leisel also enjoys cooking, reading, and gardening.

Jason Evert

Executive Director, Chastity Project

Jason Evert has spoken about the virtue of chastity to more than one million students on six continents. He is the author of more than 10 books, including How to Find Your Soulmate Without Losing Your Soul and the curriculum YOU: Life, Love, and the Theology of the Body. Jason has a master’s degree in theology and an undergraduate degree in theology and counseling, with a minor in philosophy, from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He lives with his wife, Crystalina, and their children in Arizona.

James “Jim” O’Day, Executive Director of Integrity Restored, is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in development, executive management, sales, marketing, and relationship development. Jim brings a wide range of experiences serving in senior capacities in the consumer products, defense, homeland security and not for profit industries. Mr. O’Day has successfully created various development, advancement, sales and marketing programs focusing on growth and profitability, relationship development approaches focusing on donor/customer satisfaction, donor engagement and client success and worked to create successful partnerships, mergers and acquisitions throughout his career. Jim’s experience as a senior leader, (President, Vice President and Director) as well as the experiences gained by being a small business owner helps bring a wide range of leadership, managerial and functional skill sets to Integrity Restored. Mr. O’Day has been actively involved in men’s ministry as one of the founders of the Connecticut Catholic Men’s Conference and the Georgia Catholic Men’s Conference as well as a speaker at various national and regional Catholic Men’s events. Jim is an active and engaged Catholic, husband, father and grandfather. He teaches self-defense in his spare time and coaches lacrosse.


Damon Owens

Damon Owens, an international speaker and evangelist for over 20 years, is the founder and executive director of joytob. Damon keeps a full international speaking schedule at conferences, marriage seminars, universities, high schools, seminaries, and parishes on the good news of marriage, sexuality, Theology of the Body, Theology of the Family, adoption, and NFP. Damon currently lives outside Philadelphia with his wife Melanie and their eight children.

Devin Schadt

Executive Director, Fathers of St. Joseph

Devin Schadt is a husband, father, author and speaker who transmits the message of the glory, necessity, and power of fatherhood. Devin is the cofounder and executive director of the Fathers of St. Joseph, an apostolate that works for the renewal of authentic fatherhood. Devin lives in the Midwest with his wife and five children.

Michael Roberts

As Director of IT & Marketing Michael wears two diverse hats at Stewardship: directing the organizations creative marketing efforts as well as directing all Information Technology services. Michael also oversees all audio & video productions within the organization including the weekly production of Reflections from the Heart, our own weekly radio broadcast. Michael brings over 30 years experience in all these fields to the organization. Michael is married and is the father of one son. When not in the office, he enjoys being the guitarist in his church’s worship band, music production, photography and cooking.


Ashley Sottasante

Ashley oversees our Resource Partnership Ministry Program and ministry resources. She handles coordinating new display setups and processes display reorders. She also researches new materials and handles purchasing with our vendors. Ashley is our go-to person whenever there are questions about our diverse inventory of books, pamphlets, CD’s, etc. Ashley and “the love of her life” have two sons. She also has two pit-bull terriers. Ashley joined the Stewardship Team in March of 2011 and enjoys entertaining family and friends in her spare time. She and her entire family are AVID Philadelphia Eagle fans.

Tom Taras

Tom serves Stewardship as a customer service representative for our Resource Partnership Ministry Program. He travels through the Scranton, Allentown, and Harrisburg dioceses, assisting parish volunteers with the Resource Partnership Ministry Program displays and supporting the parish effort to promote the materials on the displays. Tom enjoys playing the guitar and watching documentaries.

Christina is the booking agent for Damon Owens (joytob) and Chastity Project. She joined the team in April of 2014. After graduating from Benedictine College with a major in Theology and a minor in History, she moved back to Denver. She loves good chats with friends, ballroom and swing dancing and coffee shops


Kim O’day

Kim has been a small business owner with over 20 years’ experience in EDI, RPG programming, management, sales, and customer service. Kim brings a wide range of experiences serving in various capacities in consumer products, oil and gas, distribution and logistics, as well as in the not-for-profit space. Drawing on her many years of experience in both the corporate world, nonprofit organizations, and as a small business owner, Kim brings a diverse skill set to the Stewardship team. Kim lives in Georgia with her husband Jim. She enjoys creating jewelry, reading and attending local football games with her family and friends. Her favorite quote is, “Be still and know that I AM GOD.”

Gina is the Senior Booking Agent of Chastity Project. She brings over 10 years experience in Catholic Media having worked as the Manager of Program Scheduling at EWTN and Radio Producer of Catholic Answers Live. Gina overseas the day-to-day scheduling of Chastity Project speakers and offers support to the event hosts in various capacities. In her spare time, she enjoys serving others through her gift of cooking and entertaining, interior design, and spending time with those who are near and dear to her.
